WAVES Pools & Landscaping L.L.C. is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage project cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and commercial documentation for swimming pool and landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Analyze drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Prepare valuation reports and variation claims.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support procurement and contract administration.
- Maintain project cost records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience.
- Knowledge of construction estimation and cost control.
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in swimming pool and landscape projects.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
